“ I was warmly greeted, and I received excellent service from everyone working there. My server constantly checked in on me and made sure I was well taken care of. I had the Texas Farmhouse Omelet and the Croissant Donuts; they both were exactly what I was craving for. It was a perfect mix of salty, savory with a little heat, followed by something a little sweet and decadent. First time visiting this franchise and I would easily recommend this place to anyone looking for a good brunch restaurant. ”
“ I must say that I absolutely love this place and I’ve only been once. From the time we walked in to the time we sat down…such a welcoming atmosphere. Our server Kayla was a joy. She was so attentive to our needs. She made great suggestions, but most of all, her smile and sunshine disposition drew us in. “ It's not often I do this, but this place definitely deserves it. I have gone to other Eggs Up locations and loved them, so when I saw this location open a couple of months ago, I was so excited. The first couple of months were rough, and you could tell; the food was mediocre, the place was a mess, and the servers looked frazzled (granted, I always come on Sundays ). However, when I came in today, it was by far the best experience I've had at any restaurant. The servers were attentive to your needs, refills, napkins, and checking in as needed. The food was perfection, but the best part was the atmosphere. Shout out to Chef Steve and the manager (didn't catch his name); they were holding it down at expo. The staff treated every customer like royalty. Everything absolutely exceeded my expectations from this location. Round of applause for the hard work y'all have put in. I look forward to making this my regular brunch spot. ”

“ I placed a pickup order with Eggs Up Grill at 7:30 AM and scheduled it for 8:45 AM. When I arrived, my order wasn’t ready, and I ended up waiting around for 25 minutes. The main food items came out after about 15 minutes, but I still had to wait an additional 10 minutes just for one drink — a strawberry lemonade. The restaurant didn’t appear to be especially busy, so the delay was confusing and a bit frustrating. Thankfully, once I finally got my food, it was good. I ordered the Shrimp and Grits, which were flavorful and cooked nicely, and the Grand Classic with turkey bacon, scrambled eggs with cheese, raisin toast, and hashbrowns. The eggs were nice and cheesy but definitely needed a little salt and pepper. The home fries (hashbrowns) were just okay — nothing bad, but nothing memorable either. The strawberry lemonade that took so long to come out was served in a very small 8-ounce cup — I’ve included a picture — and at $3.20, it really didn’t feel worth the wait or the price. On the positive side, the manager handled the situation well and offered me a free meal pass for the inconvenience, which I appreciated. That gesture definitely helped turn the experience around a bit. Overall, I’d say the food was solid and worth returning for, but the service timing could use improvement — especially for pre-scheduled pickup orders. Hopefully next time the order will be ready on time ”
